Tom McGimpsey is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in M&A and legal affairs. He’s held roles such as General Counsel and EVP of Corporate Development at NASDAQ-listed companies, completing 16 M&A transactions since 2010. He has also served as interim CFO, CAO, and led M&A integrations at firms like FARO Technologies and US WEST. McGimpsey is a NACD Certified Director and has served on boards, including CPP Wind Engineering, which was sold in 2024.
